This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. 3. Image Storage Policy

We only store images for users who have created an account with us. If you are not a registered user, we do not store your images beyond what is necessary for immediate processing.

For registered users, uploaded images and AI-generated images are stored securely to enable features such as saved projects, history, and downloads. Only you can access these images through your account.

You may delete any stored images or generated outputs at any time from your account dashboard.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process transactions and manage subscriptions or credit purchases
  • Send technical notices, updates, and support messages
  • Respond to comments, questions, and support requests

5. Payments and Merchant of Record

Payments for Breeze credit packs and subscription plans are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles:

  • Secure payment processing
  • Billing and invoicing
  • Subscription renewals
  • Tax collection and compliance
  • Refunds in accordance with their Terms of Service

We do not store or process your full payment information. Billing-related inquiries, payment method issues, VAT/GST questions, and subscription changes may be handled directly by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record.

6. AI Processing

Images uploaded to Breeze are processed by AI models to generate digital outputs such as studio-quality product imagery. Uploaded images are not used to train AI models unless explicitly stated and consented to.

All outputs generated by Breeze are delivered digitally. No physical goods or in-person services are provided.

7. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679, we process your personal data based on the following legal bases:

  • Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR): You have given consent to the processing of your personal data for one or more specific purposes
  • Contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party
  • Legal Obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR): Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation

When you request deletion of your data under Article 17 GDPR, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, unless we have a legitimate legal basis for retaining it.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

12. Children's Privacy
